You are ready to learn hoopdance!
Danielle Lee, Licensed Level 1 HoopGirl Workout Teacher, is offering beginning hoop dance classes.
Hooping is simply irresistible. Never has there been such an activity that brings together movement, expression, and mediation in such an uplifting way. The focus of this hooping class is, first and foremost, to have fun hooping and to feel happy. Get ready for laughter, smiles, and a great core work out! We will explore hooping's bounds to a variety of musical rhythms, seeking balance, growth in skills, and discovering our connection to the hoop.

About the Hoop Dance Class Series
Danielle teaches from the HoopGirl Beginning Hoopdance Workout, and also adds inspiration from the Hoop Path and from her personal hooping discoveries.
You will learn a series of tricks in a group setting but will also receive personal attention each class. And most importantly, you will find your own, unique, hoop dance.
Hoops will be provided for class use, and you are also welcome to bring your own hoop(s). All levels of hoopers are welcome, and no experience is needed: we start from the basics. You must be accompanied by a parent if you are under 18 years of age, and be aware that classes are geared toward adults. Please wear clothes that are comfortable around your waist and hips (such as stretchy pants) and bring water.
If it is you first time coming, please be ready to fill out a waiver. Please introduce yourself!
